Nattra collects nothing.
Your sleep data stays on your iPhone. We run no server, keep no account for you, and have no way to see what you log.
What the app uses, and where it stays
- Apple Health — sleep only, read only. If you allow it, Nattra reads your sleep sessions to estimate sleep debt and wake-time consistency. It asks for nothing else in Health and never writes to it.
- What you enter. Bed and wake times, your morning rating, your age range and your sleep window are stored on the device, in the app's own storage.
- Your home-screen widget reads a summary the app writes to shared storage on the same device.
- Motion is read only to tilt the stars behind the screen. It is not stored.
- Reminders are scheduled on the device. Nothing is sent to us to trigger them.
What we never do
- No analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no third-party code in the app.
- No account and no sign-in.
- Nothing is uploaded, sold or shared — there is nowhere for it to go.
Purchases
Premium is an Apple subscription. Apple handles payment; we receive no card details, and the app only learns from Apple whether your subscription is active.
Deleting your data
Delete the app and everything it stored goes with it. Sleep data you keep in Apple Health belongs to Health and stays there; you can remove Nattra's access in Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices.
Not medical advice
Nattra is a wellness app. It notices patterns in your sleep; it does not diagnose or treat anything. If sleep trouble persists or worries you, talk to your doctor.
